2.1 Scope of Services We offer web design, development, logo design, packaging design and related services as specified on our Site. The specific services we provide will be outlined in the proposal and agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) and us.

2.2 Project Deliverables The deliverables for each project will be clearly defined in the project proposal. Any additional services or changes to the scope will require a new agreement or amendment to the existing agreement.

3.1 Content Provision You are responsible for providing all content necessary for the completion of the project, including text, images, and other media. Content must be provided in a timely manner to avoid project delays. Alternatively, we can have the AI generated text and images created for you on your consent.

3.2 Approval and Feedback You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals during the project. Delays in feedback may result in project delays and additional costs.

4.1 Pricing and Payment The cost of our Services will be outlined in the project proposal. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project or according to the payment schedule specified in the proposal.

4.2 Late Payments Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in a suspension of Services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

5.1 Ownership Upon full payment, you will own the final web design and all associated materials. We retain the right to use the design in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.

5.2 Licenses You grant us a limited license to use any content you provide for the purpose of completing the project. We grant you a license to use any software, frameworks, or third-party services integrated into your website, subject to the terms of those services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, and customer data.

7.1 Warranties We warrant that the Services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2 Limitation of Liability Our liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.1 Termination by Client You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. You will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination.

8.2 Termination by Company We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with these Terms, including non-payment. We will provide written notice and an opportunity to cure any breach before termination.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our Site and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of INDIA.
