BitMec Engineering Services Logo

Finding a visual language between engineering and technology.

The brief called for an identity that could represent an engineering business while feeling contemporary and technically credible.

BitMec Client Brief

Rather than relying on conventional engineering imagery, I explored the visual relationship between computing, architecture, engineering and electrical systems as the starting point for the identity.

Building the identity from a system of forms.

The logo exploration used geometric relationships and connected forms to create a mark that could suggest several disciplines without becoming overly literal.

The intention was to create something that could work as an identifiable symbol while still supporting the full BitMec Engineering Services wordmark.

BitMec Engineering Services Logo Ideation

Extending the mark beyond the logo.

The identity was explored through colour, material treatments and supporting visual elements to understand how the mark could behave across different applications.

This stage helped establish a visual direction rather than treating the logo as an isolated graphic.

BitMec Engineering Services Application

Testing the identity in the real world.

The identity was explored across physical applications to test whether the visual language could retain its character beyond the screen.

Packaging and other physical touchpoints were considered as part of the broader identity system.

An identity needs to work as a system, not just a mark.

BitMec was an opportunity to explore how several technical disciplines could be brought together through a single visual language.

The work focused on creating a mark with enough structure to feel engineered, while leaving room for the identity to evolve across different applications.
